Full Moon Rising

This review has previously been posted at Another World, The Fantasy & Science Fiction Book Blog. Once you have been reading Urban Fantasy by female authors for long enough, you start to take for granted that there are certain constituents that you can reasonably expect to encounter each time you read a new title.

One of the main reasons for me picking up this book was because the author lives in Melbourne, and the book was set in Melbourne. After reading books set in America, England, and Ireland, it was nice to read a book about my own home town.

I've read a lot of vampire novels and a lot of werewolf novels. It's actually incredibly difficult to pick up a paranormal fantasy book that doesn't have some aspect of these two beings interacting.
